Features
Summerhill Pointe Apartment Homes offers spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. When you’re ready to entertain, invite friends over for dinner. Each of our tenants receives a reserved parking spot. (We also have covered parking spots available so you can keep your vehicle out of the elements.) Guest parking is no problem in one of our ample parking spaces for visitors.
You can prepare an elegant recipe using your apartment’s frost-free refrigerator and freezer, range, and oven. Or take your guests outside to enjoy one of our picnic and grill-equipped barbecue areas.
Of course, with an array of casual dining options nearby, we wouldn’t be surprised if takeout were on the menu. Either way, cleanup is easy with the garbage disposal and dishwasher included in each unit.
Incidentally, when laundry calls, you won’t even have to leave your apartment. Each unit comes with its own washer and dryer to keep you and your family looking your best.
When you’re not out exploring the culture, parks, shopping, and recreation that Summerhill has to offer, you can still kick back and focus on yourself at Summerhill Pointe Apartment Homes. Exercise in our fitness center, or relax in one of our spas. If you’d rather take a dip in the pool to cool off, choose from one of our three pools, open seven days a week. Our maintenance staff promises that the water will be crisp and clean to relieve you of the Mojave Desert heat.
